Girls college athletics carnival

Thursday 18th August 2016, I was selected to be the massage therapist for a very good School from Sydney at an athletics event. It was great to see so many athletes doing as much as we could see at the Olympics on TV. I had a great view of the Olympic Parc track, surrounded by athletes who were doing more than one events today.

I treated them all day and help them to go through pain and tightness as young athletes. They needed pre and post sports massage on their legs, mainly Gastrocnemius muscle. It was great moment for me, reminded me when I was younger. Also, seeing some young kids, fighting hard for a medals and glory show how nice and possible it is to see some fair competition where they all participate and try their best. I am looking forward to the next event.
