Fertility and Pregnancy

Fertility Treatment with MAT

Fertility Massage is a specialised massage and aims to improve a woman’s and men’s health and function by focusing on areas of stagnation and tension within the body which offers the best outcomes for her conception, pregnancy, birth, and postnatal period.

I had the experience of receiving a fertility treatment as we were trying to conceive for quiet a while. Then I also learn to give a treatment for myself and my partner. I am glad to be able to understand the ‘’why’’ ‘’how ‘’and thank you. I am grateful for life and the outcome. Fertility is like a lottery. You don’t always win. But you can try to put chance and luck on your side and wish for the best.

Fertility Massage focuses on the lymphatic system and the abdominal area.

->The abdominal massage helps to relieve tension in the soft tissue areas, aiding digestion, detoxification, elimination and tonifying the digestive and reproductive organs and returning the organs to their normal positions.

->The massage also focuses on removing scar tissue, helping to loosen harden debris (that has been accumulating in your gut for years) encouraging a natural movement and clearing both physical and emotional congestion, leaving you and your abdomen feeling lighter and freer.

->This massage will also aid circulation, ease aches and pains, improve flexibility, and create an overall sense of relaxation which will help reduce stress and to assist on health.

The sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes long and are recommended to start day 5 of your cycle (once your bleed/period finishes) and before ovulation, if you are actively trying to conceive.

You gave birth= you deserve a massage… you earn it

The postnatal period is a time for your body to readjust and recover from the birth and pregnancy. Giving birth is like a marathon....you train so hard for it. You learn how to pace yourself, work with pain and niggling issue and then on the day of the Marathon. You are trained. you know what to expect. You have done so well and so much so now it 's a big run...maybe more ultra marathon of 10 hours! but you know you can do it... once you give birth... you will be exhausted! no other word. take time for yourself to re adjust to the new world.
